But fear not! Here are 10 ways to keep your skin hydrated:

It’s quick way to give your skin a boost of hydration. Simply spritz it on your face throughout the day whenever you feel your skin needs a pick-me-up.

2- Moisturizer.
Look for a moisturizer that’s lightweight, non-greasy, and packed with hydration. Apply it every morning and evening after cleansing your face.

3- Serum.
It packed with nutrients that penetrate deep into your skin, leaving it hydrated. Look for serums that are enriched with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and glycerin to give your skin the boost it needs. Use serum in non-fasting hours.

4- Sheet Masks.
They are a great way to give your skin a boost of hydration. Look for sheet masks that are enriched with hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, and vitamin E.

5- Eye Cream.
The skin around your eyes is delicate and prone to dryness. It will help keep this area looking fresh and youthful. Look for eye creams that contain ingredients like caffeine and hyaluronic acid.

Lips can become dry and cracked during fasting, so it’s important to keep them hydrated. Use a lip balm that’s enriched with shea butter, vitamin E, and coconut oil to keep your lips moisturized.

7- Facial Oils.
Look for oils that are rich in vitamin E, jojoba oil, and rosehip oil. Apply a few drops to your face every evening after cleansing.

8- Body Lotion.
Don’t forget to moisturize your body! Use body lotion that’s enriched with shea butter, cocoa butter, and coconut oil to keep your skin hydrated and smooth.

9- Hand Cream.
Washing your hands frequently can leave them feeling dry and rough. Use a hand cream that’s enriched with shea butter and vitamin E to keep your hands soft and hydrated.

10- Drink Water.
Last but not least, drinking water is crucial for keeping your skin hydrated. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep your skin looking and feeling fresh.
