“Killers of the Flower Moon” is inspired by the book of the same name by American journalist David Grann. This book was one of the best-selling books in 2017, and it chronicles the mysterious murders that took place during the 1920s in the city of Oklahoma among a group of the Osage tribe of Native Americans, who were wealthy due to their oil-rich lands. This was the first major crime investigated by the newly-formed FBI.
